Had the unpleasant experience of dealing with the most disinterested, unhelpful Big W staff member behind the electronics counter in the afternoon of 31 December. The male staff member could not have cared less about my queries regarding a game console, and just stood there, offering no advice or input while I googled the answers instead. As a result of the poor customer service I purchased the console elsewhere. I note that another reviewer, Sable Mallard, had a similar experience in the electronics section recently.

Visiting from the U.K. and this is a great store selling so many toys, confectionery, toiletries, electrical, stationery, clothing, books, household products and so much more. Priced reasonably.....

Great variety of shops inc the major ones like Big W and Coles. Parking relatively easy too. Free for 2 hours.

4 staff stood at the door laughing and chatting while a group of teenagers rode straight past them on scooters, whizzing past us and other patrons. Great work

I didn’t end up shopping there, as I rang to enquire about a clothing item to see if they stocked it first. I was only met by voice recordings and how to look for it online. 🤷🏼‍♀️Couldn’t find it there, and tried numerous names describing the item, waste of time for me. …

Had some of what I wanted, bike pants that would stay up over a lower abdominal scar - I hope. They appear higher waisted that other shops. Time will tell.
